We may provide subscriptions, opportunities, events, case studies, testimonials that may be applicable for you to post “your details, testimonials, text, images, videos, and/or other content”, wherein, collectively referred to as “Your content” on the ActDBI website.

You can only post Your content if you own all the rights to Your content, or if own the permission to Your content by any rights holder of Your content.

Please be rest assured that Your content is not an ownership, which means, you do not transfer ownership of Your content simply by posting it on any of our ActDBI websites. However, by posting Your content, you grant us, our employees, our licensees, our marketing and other agents, and any of our ActDBI personnel an irrevocable, non-exclusive right and permission to store, copy, publish, reproduce, encode, transmit, post, broadcast, display, adapt, modify, exhibit, and otherwise use Your content. 3.b. Posts by Others 

We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, Your content posted by any other person who you have given rights to. Accordingly, we may not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused to you in connection with any of Your content posted by another member on our ActDBI websites.

Using our ActDBI website does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights to the blogs and content you access. The services and offerings may include blogs, posts, and features that operate in conjunction with certain third party social networking sites that you visit such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc. , wherein, referred to as, “Social Networks”. While your use of the Social Networks is governed by these terms, your access and use of third party social networking ActDBI website and the services provided is governed by the terms of service and other agreements posted on these ActDBI website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of those Social Networks sites complies with any applicable terms of service or other agreements of our ActDBI website.

In case of any claims, you expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under these Terms of Service and or your use of the ActDBI website and the offerings here, resides in the courts located in India and you further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating on any such claim or action.
